I am a ceramic artist specialising in handbuilt forms, creating functional and decorative pieces including mugs, bowls, platters and coiled vessels. My practice is rooted in traditional handbuilding techniques, allowing each piece to develop organically through process. Surface decoration plays a central role in my work. I use a range of techniques, particularly sgraffito to carve and reveal patterns and textures. This approach gives each piece a tactile quality and reflects my interest in mark making and storytelling through surface.
