Kathy is a printmaker whose work is deceptively simple in composition and bold in colour and scale. She draws inspiration from nature with depictions of leaves, seed heads and wilted flowers that are nostalgic, fragile and impactful. Working in 2 distinct styles unified by her use of colour and simplified form, Kathy mixes freehand mono printed line work with hand burnished block-print and screen-printed colour.
