I am a self-taught designer/maker of furniture and homewares, based in the Cotswolds. I draw inspiration from British country styles in particular the functional tradition of Welsh vernacular furniture. Using time-honoured joinery techniques, I create beautiful, useful pieces for historic and modern homes alike. My designs evoke a sense of belonging and connection to the past whilst contributing to a sustainable future through the use of locally sourced materials and a concise range of hand tools.
