The deadline to apply is 6pm Friday November 28th For full application criteria please see the website. Stand packages start from £599.50 + VAT. If you are applying for StartUP do not use this application form. The StartUP application form is available via www.craftfestival.co.uk/apply/

A Stand Package includes: 

• Stand size of your choice
• White Exhibition boards
• 2 spotlights
• Board with your company name
• Security Wrist Bands
• Image, 5 word description, your email and website on our website.
  Company Name, email and website included in catalogue (no image) 
• Credit card administration
• Event promoted via our newsletter sent to 20,000 subscribers.
• Extensive social media activity on Facebook and Instagram with over 57K followers
• Extensive national and regional press and promotion campaign.
• Flyers, poster and digital advertising materials to send to your clients. 
• 24 hr security
• On-Site, exhibitor only Maker Café
• Free Parking 
• You may also book optional electrical sockets, extra lighting, fans, tables, chairs, camping and an image in Craft Festival catalogue.

VAT is added to prices.

Please do not send any payment for a stand at this stage. You will be sent a stand booking form if selected. Please note that stand sharing is not permitted.

To be eligible you must have completed your graduate and/or post graduate qualifications. You may also be self taught.

VERY IMPORTANT!! Image upload Requirements....

Please upload 6 jpg images in 2 different resolutions.  Your application will not upload if you exceed limits on file size. All images should be  jpg or JPEG images and please label each image with your business name and numerically, eg JohnSmith1.jpg, JohnSmith7.jpg 

Box 1 - 6 Please upload 6 low res (or 72dpi) jpg images MAX file size 600KB

Box 7 - 12 Please upload the SAME 6 images in high res (or 300dpi) MAX file size 4MB per image.

We use the low res images for selection. The first 6 images will be downloaded onto a powerpoint presentation to be viewed by our selection panel. We use 300dpi versions for press and print campaign.
